Real lasting change lies in your subconscious mind

Our subconscious mind is where all our emotions, memories, beliefs, values, identity, human needs, shadows, conditioning is stored.

There is no amount of

🗣talk therapy,

🖖EMDR,

🤯cognitive therapy,

🧘‍♀️meditation,

📔journaling,

🧏‍♀️taping,

🫁breath work,

💊medication

that will actually change how the emotions and memories are stored in the subconscious and that’s key.

With the tools, techniques and processes I use with my clients in my release heal and glow programs I am able to use scientific processes and techniques that allow the negative emotions and limiting beliefs to dissolve and disappear from the subconscious mind and nervous system.

This allows you to reprogram your subconscious mind which is controlling 95% of your thoughts and feelings.

“So to create change with your conscious mind we have to create change with your subconscious mind first.”

I tried counseling when I was a teenager and hated it!

I never went back after the second session.

I didn’t like talking about my emotions or feelings,

I didn’t want to relive what happened,

Those thoughts and images where consistently running through my head so I didn’t find counseling helpful for me

(Now I know why)

This is why I created the Release Heal & Glow 1-1 Coaching Programs.

We don’t just talk about what happened, we actually do the deeper clearing and releasing work with your subconscious mind.

Yes in the first session or two we go over the past negative events and experiences but then in the other sessions we are doing the clearing and releasing processes.

With the tools, techniques and processes I use you will feel calm, relaxed and in a place of no emotion and complete stillness during the releasing process.

I found this process such a powerful and life changing experience!
